I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my stay on November 22, 2025, in Room #11-12B. I have stayed at this location few times in the past and had positive experiences until today.Upon checking into Room #11-12B, I found the condition of the bathroom unacceptable. The toilet was filthy, the shower curtain was full of mold, and the toilet seat was awful.Worse, my wife and I with others became stuck in the elevator upon returning from dinner. We rang the emergency bell, but no one responded. The intercom was not working, and we were unable to use our cell phones. After several minutes, we were finally able to get out.When I complained to the front desk about these serious issues, the staff member's response was, "it's not my fault and not their fault." I find this unprofessional response to be completely unacceptable given the severity of the issues, particularly the elevator malfunction. This is a serious fire violation.I request an immediate investigation into the state of Room #11-12B and the front desk's handling of fire violation during emergency situation.

Big room, perfect facilities, clean room, swimming pool with nice view..

The bed was very comfortable to sleep with, with a bright room, housekeeping service is exceptional. I stayed on the 13th floor and was able to hear the band singing from chatroom restaurant. TV is niçer as so far I have stayed in any hotel, this was the only hotel that can be linked and open YouTube Netflix etc to play some music while we're sleeping. This is very true and nice. Just sometimes those motorcycles were rushing their way to drive it like fast and furious, it broke the pease.

We were awakened by the rainstorm during midnight of 19th Sep around 4.50a.m. because the window was kept wrecking. It totally ruined our rest when we were staying in the hotel and we had forwarded this matter to the frontline but they just ended up saying that it's normal. It's normal ? And you were trying to want us accept it and let the window kept wracking during midnight of rainstorm and maybe ruined the next customer who is going to stay at your hotel ? What a nice answer that don't even bother customers' quality of sleep & rest duh. Besides that the room door also experiences the same thing, we thought that the hotel is haunted some more since the main door isn't able to close it tightly and the air-cond face right in front of the main door. We were forced to experience the wracking sound again while we were sleeping. Video of wracking sound example was in the Google review.Another story is the hotel WiFi is a disaster. Totally sucks and even can ruins the tv connection as the TV is consider as decoration if no wifi is connected. Complained with the frontline and send the technician to assist but still the connection is unstable and forced to experience the fact of no internet connection/ sometimes able to connect and out of nowhere disconnected. It's quite hard for me to recommend the hotel to others as if the WiFi connection isn't stable & the staff in Frontline totally take our money as grunted and not bother at all because I don't think I'm able to return to the hotel for my 2nd visit. Thanks and please look and take these main issues into consideration.

Clean and new fresh rooms , customer service, well decorations,

Lift is slow,no nereby attraction,no car or bike rental services, breakfast is only specially local food style,not international.

Certainly love the hotel cleanliness, friendly staff and nice ambience. Value for my money.

The car park is too narrow. Drive carefully, please.

The staffs are so helpful. The services are good. The room given is according to wht we asked for. The stay is really pleasant n enjoyable. Recommemd to come again next time.

A/C in master bedroom could have been colder

most dislike the annoying street racing at 1am!!! didn't stop even with concierge report police!!! apparently the street racing has been there for more than 10 freaking years!!others are room floor is dusty and sticky, lack of toilet paper and tissue paper, furniture is noisy

Got 2 a/c in my room. One of the A/c is not well maintained, luckily the other 1 help to cool the room.

Most hotels are not providing toiletries especially teeth brush teeth paste at all.here in this hotel provides.the city view from balcony damn enjoyed at night view.realy worth the room for my family. the room very clean .

When I arrived with my three friends, the front desk staff asked us to move into a single-bedded room, even though we had booked a double-bedded room for three people. After some discussion, they eventually provided us with the correct room. However, we were only given two towels and two water bottles for three guests, which was inadequate given our booking. Additionally, there were times when the TV couldn't connect to the internet, and the breakfast options were limited and lacked variety.

Rooms are big

Mattress was sinking in the center and uncomfortable. No sofa in room

The room is big and spaces with a balcony. The room is clean too. Our room's kettle and water heather not fuctions well. The staffs solve the problems quickly.

Internet service need to be improved. Need hanging hooks in the bathroom. Shower head better to have flexible hose, more convenient for the kids.

The room very big and they gave me and family side by side rooms as requested. The swimming pool also very well taken care off and lucky I went there not so many people so quite privacy.

I believe the hotel change studio apartment to hotel room, so the room is very spacious. Room is clean with all the hotel amenities, but not sure why no hanger. provide room service. my mum loves their breakfast. I like the gym. easy parking.

overall is good, just find weird no hanger, and also TV is not close to the bed.

Staffs are all nice and helpful. Special thanks to Andy and Hairul for helping me when my car tire went flat during my stay at the hotel.
